Marc was born and educated in Boston, Massachusetts. He holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from Suffolk University located on historic Beacon Hill in Boston.
Marc has represented clients in the United States District Court, Massachusetts Superior Courts, and nearly all of the sixty-two Massachusetts District Courts. He has argued cases at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and been admitted to practice pro hac vice in the State of New Hampshire.
The courtroom is where Marc shines. He has tried life felony criminal cases and high stakes civil cases. He has argued countless motions in the criminal sessions of the district court. In many of those cases, he has won the outright dismissal of charges against his clients.
Marc freely donates his time and expertise to animal shelters and charitable nonprofits working to end breed-specific legislation (“BSL”). BSL refers to laws that ban certain types of dogs based on their appearance. Marc brings his passion for these issues to all client matters. Just don’t refer to him as a “pit bull” in court. Marc will tell you that Pit Bulls are actually the sweetest dogs in the world.
