Marc Salinas is an accomplished lawyer, and trusted advisor to many. His clients come from all walks of life and industry. In 2024, Marc Salinas represented President Donald J. Trump and defeated litigation to remove him from the U.S. Presidential Primary Ballot in Massachusetts. He is also legal counsel for the Massachusetts Republican State Party.
Marc’s other noteworthy accomplishments include defending a $20 million money laundering charge brought by the U.S. Department of Justice. In Massachusetts Superior Court, Marc obtained a $500,000 jury verdict for a client in a highly publicized "Ponzi" scheme case. While some of Marc's work has received national media coverage, most of his efforts focus on helping people solve everyday legal issues with creative solutions.
Marc's primary practice areas include business litigation, criminal defense, and election law. Marc also has experience in family law, probate litigation and construction disputes. He prioritizes keeping a relatively low volume practice for those clients who desire a higher level of personal attention.
Marc has represented clients in the United States District Court, the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Appeals Court, Massachusetts Superior and District Courts, Probate and Family Courts, Juvenile Courts, Housing Courts and Boston Municipal Courts.
